Description

We are looking for our engineering office in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, Chemin de Maillefer 36, in HVAC:

HVAC Project Manager (M/F)

Your profile:

• Basic technical training in heating-ventilation-air conditioning and energy management, complemented by higher education (HES/ES engineer, federal certificate/diploma or equivalent training).
• Experience in project management and knowledge of the economic fabric.
• Communication skills, collaborative spirit, and helpfulness.
• Ability to adapt in a young team, flexible, autonomous.
• Experience in the energy sector of the canton of Vaud and/or the canton of Geneva.
• Motivation and willingness to invest in the profession.

Your role:

• Design, development, and supervision of large-scale projects in various HVAC-related fields for public and private clients, as well as for small projects,
• Technical and financial monitoring of projects under your responsibility,
• Taking charge and distributing work to a small team of technicians and planners,
• Establishing thermal balances and Minergie files,
• Coordination of work with companies,
• Advising project owners and architects on applicable solutions,
• Technological monitoring,
• Knowledge of Autocad
• 5 to 10 years of experience
• Revit as a BIM manager is a plus
