Your Area of Responsibility
- Lead and motivate your team to success, creating the work schedule in a sales-oriented and efficient manner
- Encourage and develop individual team members to achieve peak performance, so that successes can be celebrated together
- Welcome customers in the store and provide them with an unforgettable shopping experience as a host
- Take responsibility for the cash management and achieving targets
- Present the merchandise and design the store including the window display
What is Important to Us
- Completed training in retail, with leadership and sales experience preferably in the textile industry
- You present yourself profitably and competently, showing empathy and respect in everyday life
- You work in a structured manner and demonstrate flexibility
- Service orientation and an affinity for fashion and colors are a plus
- A courteous and well-groomed appearance rounds off your image
