Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a practical-minded leader for the management of logistics for a successful Swiss industrial company. The company develops and produces high-quality solutions for national and international customers and stands for quality, reliability, and efficient processes along the entire value chain.
Responsibilities:
Professional and personnel management of the logistics team
Responsibility for goods receipt, storage, order picking, and goods dispatch
Ensuring timely material supply and delivery
Planning and optimisation of storage and logistics processes
Monitoring stock levels and conducting inventories
Coordination of transports and collaboration with external logistics service providers
Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and process requirements
Analysis of key figures and implementation of efficiency improvement measures
Close cooperation with purchasing, production, sales, and supply chain management
Qualifications:
Training as a logistics specialist EFZ or technical basic training with experience in logistics
Further training as a logistics specialist with a federal certificate or process specialist with a federal certificate is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in warehouse, production, or distribution logistics
Experience in the field of electronics
Initial leadership experience or experience in coordinating employees
Good ERP knowledge and very good German skills
