Socioprofessional Supervisor, 70% Socioprofessional Supervisor within the Weaving Workshop
Your mission
- Co-manage the weaving workshop, develop and implement activities respecting the capacities and socioprofessional follow-up of the residents
- Support residents daily in their activities, assess their abilities and adapt techniques according to each individual’s skills
- Promote autonomy and self-determination, support the personal development of residents
- Participate in the preparation and drafting of residents’ summaries, lead and manage the individualised support project
- Develop and maintain collaboration with the various teams
Your profile
- Holder of a Socioprofessional Supervisor diploma ES or Educator ES/HES or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Proven experience confirmed by a prior CFC in a profession such as fabric creator or equivalent training
- Excellent technical knowledge of textile activities
- Skills in warping and setting up looms or interest in specific training in this field
- Significant experience with people presenting intellectual disabilities and associated disorders
- Organisational skills and ability to work both independently and in a multidisciplinary team
- Empathy and willingness to work alongside people with intellectual disabilities and associated disorders
- Physical and psychological resilience to cope with complex situations
- Good listening skills and ability to foster interdisciplinary collaboration
