Finance Specialist 80–100 %
Start date: Immediately or by arrangement!
Your tasks
Directly reporting to senior management, you are the operational financial conscience of the construction company – working closely with management to help the company continue to position itself successfully!
You are responsible for operational finance and accounting according to SWISS-GAAP FER. Your tasks include in particular:
- Preparation of quarterly, interim and annual financial statements for Estermann AG and other companies
- Independent preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Responsibility for cost management
- Management of fixed asset accounting and inventories
- Valuation of work in progress
- Preparation and control of periodic VAT returns
- Other accounting tasks
You will be operationally supported by two employees.
Your profile
- You are confident in final accounts and have appropriate further training, for example as:
- Finance and Accounting Specialist with a professional certificate
- Trustee with a professional certificate
- Business economist HF or similar further training
In addition, you have:
- Several years of experience in a financial specialist position, ideally including cost accounting
- ERP (ideally Abacus) and very good Office skills
- Fluent German
Personally, you convince with your open and team-oriented, empathetic manner, ideally first leadership experience as well as integrity and a networked, entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting.
