Lavaux Hospital is a private foundation recognised as being of public interest, a member of the Vaud Hospitals Federation. Located in Cully (Bourg-en-Lavaux), in the heart of the vineyards and close to public transport, the school and the Lavaux nursery.
An expansion project is planned for 2027, with the relocation of services to new premises currently under construction on the hospital site.
Within our EMS Le Pavillon, we support residents with professionalism, kindness and respect for their dignity. Our multidisciplinary team works daily to offer personalised support promoting quality of life, autonomy and well-being for each individual.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for:

Mission
- Provide basic care and contribute to the comfort and well-being of residents, respecting their needs, life habits and autonomy.
- Support residents in daily life activities, particularly during hygiene care, dressing, feeding and mobility.
- Encourage the maintenance of residents’ autonomy and abilities, taking into account their pace and habits.
- Observe the general condition of residents and relay relevant information to the nursing team.
- Collaborate with all professionals involved in supporting residents and contribute to the continuity and quality of care.
- Contribute to a safe and adapted environment, as well as to compliance with hygiene and safety procedures and rules.
Profile sought
Technical skills
- CRS Health Care Assistant certificate or equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
- Professional experience in geriatrics, psychogeriatrics or in an EMS is an advantage.
- Ease in using common IT tools (proficiency in Carefolio is an asset).
Human skills
- Strong interest in caring for residents in their living environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills with residents, their relatives and teams.
- Ability to work independently, with critical thinking and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to understand the resident’s situation as a whole and actively contribute to interprofessional work.
