Customer Advisor, 80–100 % in Biel
What to expect
- In a varied mix of telephone and personal advice, you acquire new customers and sell needs-based health insurance and pension solutions.
- You independently and actively manage the care of existing insured persons as well as daily customer contact.
- You prepare quotes, perform administrative tasks, and arrange appointments with potential new customers.
- Your ideas are in demand: you participate in trade fair and stand activities and represent CONCORDIA on site.
What you bring
- A completed vocational training in a sales-oriented environment and proficient PC skills.
- You master both German and French flawlessly in spoken and written form.
- Sales and advice are your passion: you have a feel for people and can access an existing network which you continuously expand.
- Communication is your strength: you appear confident and convince with your open and likeable manner. Independent and responsible working is natural for you.
- You have completed the VBV training or are motivated to complete it – we support you in this.
