From 1 February 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking to complement our team with your support as a Procedural Assistant to the Department Head (100%).

This is what you bring:
- You have completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification, as well as several years of professional experience in an administrative environment. A background as a procedural assistant or from the police, law firm or court environment is an advantage.
- You are a flexible and reliable organisational talent with a can-do attitude and high commitment. You think ahead and provide strong support to your superior.
- You are dependable, dedicated and appreciate teamwork. A high standard of quality as well as an honest and discreet handling of sensitive information are natural to you.
- You express yourself confidently both orally and in writing and know how to communicate professionally and respectfully with parties involved and interface partners.
