Area of responsibility
Setting up and cleaning production equipment and production rooms
Monitoring equipment and processing manufacturing instructions on the production line (work steps; weighing raw materials, granulation equipment)
Carrying out in-process controls according to manufacturing instructions, GMP requirements, SOPs and work instructions
Documenting the raw materials used for production, work steps and in-process controls, as well as reporting manufacturing data into the ERP system
Scale control and general documentation in logbooks
Cleaning activities and waste management
Reporting all malfunctions and deviations from the specified manufacturing process
Your profile
Completed vocational training, ideally in the food sector
Experience in pharmaceutical or food production. Knowledge of GMP procedures/systems is an advantage
Willingness to work shifts (3-shift, 7x24)
You are a team player and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
High initiative, flexibility and precise, quality-conscious working style
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
Open, clear communication
