Your Tasks
You ensure that our training mandate for nursing professions (FaGe, certified nursing professionals HF, FH) is successfully implemented in the individual nursing departments at the Sonnenhof location.
- In doing so, you coordinate, plan, and monitor the training in the nursing departments and ensure compliance as well as further development of training quality within the framework of legal requirements.
- You initiate and support new training models and implement them in practice together with the Shared Governance Team.
- You lead the professional training managers and trainers in a professional capacity and support/advise all professionals involved in nursing training.
- Working closely with the nursing education managers at the Lindenhof location and the training managers of the Lindenhof Group, you are partly responsible for recruiting apprentices and students in company employment (FaGe, HF, FH), implement the training concept of the Sonnenhof location, and continuously develop it.
- In addition, generally from Monday to Friday, you work closely with the nursing department management according to Shared Governance, act as a contact person for external parties involved in training, and support external project and working groups as assigned.
Your Profile
- You are a certified nursing professional (DN II/HF/FH) with several years of professional experience and have completed pedagogical training of 1800 training hours.
- As a committed, communicative person with leadership skills, you are open to innovations and like to help shape them.
- You demonstrate a structured and efficient way of working and convince with your organizational and coordination skills.
- Solid IT user skills, especially MS Office including Outlook, complete your profile.
