- Flexibilität bei Arbeitszeiten und Teamarbeit.

About the job
The Addiction Support Foundation operates seven specialist centres in the field of outpatient addiction support on behalf of the canton and city of St. Gallen, complemented by an inpatient service.The Arche shared flat offers eight people with addiction problems a permanent living space.
To complement the small team, we are looking for a social pedagogue 60% (including deputy operations management) from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
You accompany, support and advise people who need assistance due to psychosocial, health-related and addiction-related burdens. In doing so, you promote their stabilisation, independence and social participation. Cooperation with authorities, specialist centres and other social institutions forms an important part of your responsibilities.
Your profile
You have a recognised qualification in social pedagogy HF or FH. Experience working with people who consume addictive substances is an advantage. You work independently, responsibly and as part of a team. In addition, you are flexible in organising your working hours and willing to take on on-call and weekend duties.
