Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the care and nursing of our patients in the IMC and advise them and their relatives in crisis situations.
- You implement individual care planning in collaboration with the interprofessional treatment team.
- You ensure and coordinate quality and continuity in care process management.
- You quickly recognise changes in the patient’s condition and initiate the appropriate measures.
- You work across departments and help create as smooth a daily routine as possible with your colleagues.
Your Profile
- You hold a diploma as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH (Foreign diplomas: SRK recognition).
- You have already completed or are willing to complete the post-diploma course in monitoring care (IMC course) (we would finance the course).
- You have professional experience in acute care and remain calm even in heated situations.
- You are a flexible and positive personality with a quick grasp and high social competence.
- You enjoy teamwork and supporting students and trainees.
