We are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement as a Specialist / Specialist in Building Applications (60–100%)
Your playing field
In this versatile position, you will become the pivotal point of our construction projects in the municipality of Buchrain. You will process building applications, design and development plans, and ensure that all projects comply with legal requirements. As a specialist, you prepare well-founded decision-making bases for the management and the municipal council. Your expertise is sought after in the assessment of construction projects as well as in public construction activities. Your active participation in the construction department significantly contributes to the further development of our municipality.
Your superpowers
Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the construction industry or administration. If you have already completed the specialist course for Lucerne building administrators, this is a great advantage – otherwise, we will gladly support you in obtaining this qualification. Your independent working style, teamwork skills, and strong service orientation distinguish you. Even in hectic situations, you keep a cool head and work solution-oriented.
