Your profile

Education & experience: You have completed training as a childcare specialist (FaBe) and bring professional and leadership experience. Further training in infant care as well as completed leadership or team leader training is an advantage.

Deputy Head of Daycare: As deputy head of daycare, you support the head of daycare in personnel and organizational matters and represent her during her absence. Additionally, you are responsible for administrative tasks and professionally guide apprentices during their training. Your area of responsibility is diverse and requires both pedagogical and organizational skills.

Role model: You understand that you play an important role in the lives of the children and carry this out responsibly.

Team spirit: You are a valuable support not only for the children but also for your colleagues.
