Your Tasks
- You are the first point of contact for customers regarding mobility and assistance questions
- You receive enquiries by phone and in writing and find quick solutions
- You organise assistance services such as breakdown assistance, towing services or other support
- You coordinate deployments with internal and external partners in Switzerland and Europe
- You record all important information cleanly and efficiently in the system
- You inform customers transparently about the further procedure
- You recognise needs and recommend suitable services and solutions
Your Profile
- Commercial training or comparable professional experience
- You communicate fluently in German and French (at least B2)
- Enjoyment of customer contact and telephone advice
- You remain calm and solution-oriented even in hectic situations
- Confident handling of digital tools and systems
- You are looking for a long-term position and enjoy working in a team
