Senior Physician Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You will jointly take over the medical-therapeutic and organisational management of a specialised depression ward with around 25 therapy places together with the nursing management and a clinical psychologist.
You will treat patients with depressive disorders in the inpatient setting using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
You will supervise and support assistant physicians and students.
You will actively develop psychotherapeutic and pharmacological treatment concepts further.
You will participate in clinic-wide projects as well as quality and training tasks.
Qualifications:
Specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy with recognised qualification.
Sound knowledge in psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy.
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1).
Leadership experience or motivation to actively develop a senior role.
High social competence, commitment, and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration.
