• Professional and personnel management of your team and deputising for the Head of Nursing Service
• Personnel management with promotion of staff development and forward-looking personnel deployment planning
• Ensuring and continuously developing nursing quality and nursing organisation
• Implementation of strategic objectives and co-creation of future-oriented concepts
• Active participation in daily nursing, especially during staff shortages
• Planning and coordination of work meetings as well as leading working groups and workshops

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF
• Several years of professional experience in acute or long-term care as well as leadership experience
• Structure, reliability, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Good German skills (at least C1)
