Your responsibilities
Reporting to the CFO, you take responsibility for the Group's management control and support its development within a clear business partnering approach. Leading a team of around ten employees, you develop skills, encourage synergies and strengthen the harmonisation of practices. You manage budget processes, forecasts, financial planning of investments as well as reporting for the Management, the Group's Board of Directors and investors. Thanks to the quality of your analyses, performance indicators and reports, you provide a high value-added financial vision and actively contribute to the Group's strategic decisions. In a context of transformation, you play a driving role in the evolution of processes, the digitalisation of tools and the dissemination of a financial culture closer to the business. You also participate in reflections related to sustainable finance and the challenges of the energy transition, providing financial expertise to strategic projects. You will also be called upon to represent the Group on various boards of directors.
Your profile
Holder of a higher education degree in finance, complemented by a diploma as an expert in finance and controlling or equivalent, you have solid experience in management control and corporate finance roles within complex, industrial or regulated environments. Recognised as a manager for your unifying leadership, you know how to develop talent, build trust and support change. Your interpersonal intelligence allows you to interact easily with general management, boards of directors and multiple stakeholders, to challenge ideas, influence decisions and simplify complex financial topics. Curious and transformation-oriented, you have a real appetite for process optimisation and digitalisation of the finance function. Knowledge of SAP S/4 as well as Swiss GAAP RPC standards is an asset. In addition to excellent command of French, you have a good level of English. Finally, you are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the strategic and sustainable ambitions of a leading player in French-speaking Switzerland.
