For our clients in the Solothurn region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for warm-hearted, reliable and committed SRK care assistants as relief staff with a workload of 10–40% to flexibly support our team in various assignments. 💙

Whether regular shifts or occasional support – with us you can determine your availability yourself and flexibly adapt your work to your daily life.

• You support our clients with daily basic care and personal hygiene in their familiar home environment.
• You assist with everyday activities and promote their independence and quality of life.
• You take on individual care tasks and respond to the personal needs of our clients.
• You step in flexibly as needed and support our care team in various assignments in the Solothurn region.
• You observe changes in health status and pass on important information to the responsible nursing professionals.
• You work independently and maintain regular communication with our care team.
• Your warm and empathetic manner ensures safety, trust and well-being.

• Completed SRK care assistant course or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Enjoyment in caring for and supporting elderly and dependent people
• Flexibility and willingness to take on additional shifts as needed
• A warm, empathetic and reliable personality
• Independent and responsible working style
• Good German language skills
• Driving licence with own car
• Team spirit and enjoyment in working with people
