Quality Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Handle complaints and non-conformities while collaborating with internal and external partners

• Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of product-specific test plans and test processes

• Analyse, evaluate and clearly prepare process and quality metrics

• Organise and conduct quality meetings as well as prepare KPI reports

• Inspect and approve initial samples and sample tests according to EMPB / PPAP

• Support and advise in the development of test strategies, measurement concepts and feasibility studies

• Actively support quality assurance in various areas

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training as a polymechanic, machine mechanic, mechatronics technician or further training as a technician HF/FH

• Several years of practical experience in quality engineering or quality assurance

• Solid knowledge in complaint handling using the 8D methodology

• Confident handling of technical drawings and geometric tolerances

• Ideally experience with Core Tools and common quality methods

• Good MS Office skills as well as ERP experience (PSIPenta desirable)

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English advantageous

• Independent, reliable and forward-looking working style

• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and structured approach
