Consulting Architect (m/f/d)

And we are looking for a Consulting Architect (m/f/d) who can do more than just design good architecture. You lead clients, identify new potentials, and turn technical possibilities into business opportunities. With us, you will become the strategic interface for our clients – from the development team to the C-level.

What you need

You are not only a good architect but also an extraordinary consulting personality. You are passionate about not just delivering solutions to clients but also accompanying and driving them on their digital journey. Curiosity, business acumen, and the courage to explore new paths define you.

• At least 5 years of experience in software development and architecture
• Broad technical know-how across various technology stacks (e.g., Kafka, Kubernetes, Public Cloud)
• Proven experience in client consulting and project management
• Confident demeanor from the development team to management
• Hands-on mentality combined with strategic foresight
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least C1 level)

What you will do

As a Consulting Architect (m/f/d), you are our "Elevator Architect" – you move effortlessly between all levels and bridge the gap between technology and business.

• Client consulting & partnerships: You support clients in achieving their business goals in the long term by providing strategic advice and building sustainable, trusting collaborations.
• Technical visions & roadmaps: You design technical visions for the future that guide the way and translate them into concrete, actionable plans for successful projects.
• Workshops & innovation: You plan and lead workshops and innovation days to foster creativity, develop new solutions, and inspire teams.
• Pre-sales & business potentials: You identify new business opportunities, support sales teams with technical presentations, and contribute to business expansion.
• Team development & implementation: You promote technical excellence through coaching and motivating teams and find the optimal mix of strategic consulting and hands-on project work.
