To support our development, we are looking for an experienced Administrative and Technical Assistant, capable of thriving in a demanding environment where quality, rigour, and a sense of service are essential values.
Your mission
In direct collaboration with Management, you will play a central role in the smooth administrative operation of the company. Your main responsibilities will notably include: Ensuring telephone reception and client follow-up with professionalism and courtesy. Drafting letters, quotes, offers, and quality correspondence. Managing the administrative follow-up of projects. Vehicle fleet management. Handling the administrative follow-up of employees (timesheets, holidays, staff entry and exit). Preparing invoicing and monitoring payments. Managing client files, orders, and administrative documents. Working closely with technicians and Management. Organising priorities and managing several files simultaneously. Maintaining regular contact with clients, property management companies, architects, suppliers, and partners. Actively participating in the continuous improvement of administrative organisation.
Your profile
- You are a reliable, organised, proactive, and autonomous person who values well-done work and has an excellent sense of service.
- You notably have the following skills: Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent training.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (construction, landscaping, building, or real estate sector: a real asset).
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, with impeccable spelling.
- Excellent writing skills and ease in drafting professional letters.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Winbiz software.
- Very good mastery of common IT tools.
- Ability to manage priorities, anticipate, and work with a high level of autonomy.
- Strong sense of organisation, confidentiality, and responsibility. Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills, and sense of service.
- Ease in dealing with a , property management companies, architects, and various partners.
- Team spirit, flexibility, and willingness to commit long-term to a company.
- Accounting entry of creditor invoices. HR administration in coordination with the payroll provider.
