About the job
The Intercommunal School Association of Genolier and Surroundings (A.I.S.G.E.) brings together five municipalities in the region and works in the fields of day care and the school sector.
With nearly 180 employees committed to serving children and public communities, A.I.S.G.E. is actively looking for:
SCHOOL PATROLLERS
MISSION
- Ensure the safety of students at class entry and exit times, at designated locations near school buildings or, exceptionally, in areas further from school centers;
- Protect schoolchildren from traffic dangers by facilitating their crossing of the road and monitoring, as much as possible, their behavior in road traffic;
- Contribute to their road education by encouraging them to apply traffic rules;
- In case of an accident, apply first aid rules and seek necessary help, while ensuring the safety and maintenance of the patrol.
PROFILE SOUGHT
We are looking for flexible and available people residing in one of the municipalities listed below. This person must enjoy contact with children, have pedagogical skills, and be able to manage stress.
WORKING HOURS AND LOCATIONS
The work is carried out during the Vaud school periods, at the students' class entry and exit times, according to the schedule defined at the beginning of the school year (30 minutes per patrol), in the municipalities of Trélex, Givrins, Genolier, Arzier-Le Muids, and/or St-Cergue (hours to be agreed according to the schedule).
REMUNERATION
The work is paid at the same hourly rate as Péditrain escorts, namely CHF 28.61 / hour + holiday rate.
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
Permanent contract (CDI), to be filled immediately or as agreed. For foreign nationals, presenting a valid residence permit in Switzerland authorizing gainful employment is an imperative condition for employment. A copy must be sent with your application file.
