Foreman / Site Supervisor in Civil Engineering (m/f/d)
Job Description
As a site supervisor in road construction (100% m/f/d), you are responsible for the technical management of large projects in the field of road and civil engineering. In this key position, you lead the site personnel, subcontractors, and sub-contractors and are responsible for the deployment planning of site personnel in close cooperation with site management. Furthermore, you are in charge of the procurement and disposition of operating materials and inventory. You are responsible for reporting, including the preparation of daily and hourly reports for personnel and inventory. Another important aspect of your role is ensuring occupational safety, health protection, and environmental protection on the construction site. You thus contribute significantly to the successful implementation of our projects and ensure that all work is carried out efficiently and safely.We Expect
You have completed training as a site supervisor and have a proven track record as a construction foreman. Your strengths lie in the practical organisation and leadership of construction sites. You think entrepreneurially and act independently and cost-consciously. A high motivation to lead employees characterises you. In addition, you have broad expertise in road construction and a high degree of reliability. Skill in dealing with clients and site management is a matter of course for you.
