What is my role?

Responsibility for the operational management of all production sites and active participation in the strategic group management

• Ensuring and continuously optimising operational excellence at all production sites

• Strategic development of the customer portfolio in close cooperation with site management and the corporate group

• Control and monitoring of key figures such as capacity utilisation, delivery reliability, quality and productivity across all sites

• Continuous optimisation and modernisation of structures, systems, processes and organisational workflows

• Embedding the Oneteq corporate culture, strategic orientation and quality standards at all sites

• Active promotion of cross-site collaboration and coordination of joint customer projects

• Accompanying the entire M&A process from evaluation through onboarding to the successful integration of new companies

What do I need to be successful?

Our client is looking for a leader with several years of experience in managing teams in a demanding industrial production environment. You have solid expertise in production and industrial value creation processes as well as proven success in developing organisations and operational structures.

You are characterised by analytical thinking combined with a pragmatic working style and strong implementation skills. Quick comprehension, entrepreneurial thinking and decisiveness are among your strengths.

Your strong communication and persuasion skills enable you to inspire and engage people. As a down-to-earth, loyal and appreciative personality, you possess natural authority.

Ideally, you bring experience in project and sales environments as well as international experience. You have excellent German skills and business fluent English skills. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
