What you will bring to our teams:

• Adhere to protocols, hygiene and asepsis rules while meeting patients' needs.
• Be capable of being versatile within the operating theatre.
• Be flexible and available, including for night and weekend shifts.

• Care and Support Assistant (ASA) diploma or recognised nursing assistant qualification in Switzerland – mandatory requirement.
• Professional experience in a hospital operating theatre is essential.
• Residence in Switzerland.
• Empathy, kindness and a sense of responsibility, with the ability to manage stressful or delicate situations calmly and professionally.
• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
• Team spirit, autonomy and rigour in task execution.
