You carry out incoming goods, intermediate and final inspections precisely according to drawings, test plans and standards.
You are responsible for the documentation and evaluation of measurement results and identified deviations.
You prepare test reports and complaint documents carefully and comprehensibly.
You actively participate in root cause analyses and initiate effective corrective actions.
You work closely and cooperatively with the production, engineering and quality management departments.
You support the further development of quality processes and testing methods.
You create measurement programmes and set up and operate 3D coordinate measuring machines (e.g. Wenzel).
Qualifications:
You have a completed technical vocational training (e.g. mechanic, polymechanic or equivalent).
Further training or experience in the field of measurement technology/quality assurance is an advantage.
You bring solid knowledge in the use of measuring and testing equipment (e.g. coordinate measuring machines, contour measuring devices, surface measuring devices).
Experience with 3D coordinate measuring technology (e.g. Wenzel) is an advantage.
You are confident in handling technical drawings, tolerances as well as form and position tolerances.
You have good IT skills, especially in dealing with measurement software and office applications.
Your working style is independent, structured and precise. You are also a team player, reliable and have a strong quality orientation.
You have good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage.
