Your tasks

Modern Workplace & Infrastructure

• Further development and operation of the modern workplace environment (end devices, software, Microsoft 365)
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of software and OS rollouts (Microsoft Intune)
• Lifecycle management of hardware and software including evaluation, rollout, and replacement
• Automation of processes with PowerShell and Power Automate
• Ensuring support know-how within the team (documentation, knowledge base)
• Close collaboration with application managers (SAP & business applications) as well as IT security (policies, endpoint protection, compliance)
• Management of hardware and software assets under economic and ecological aspects
• Participation in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Analysis and sustainable resolution of complex malfunctions including escalation management
• Participation in monitoring, backup, and restore processes
• Consulting and training of employees as well as creation of understandable user manuals
• Participation in infrastructure and IT projects
• Support of the engineering team
• Participation and support in cross-departmental project teams

Your profile

• Completed IT training (platform development) or comparable qualification
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems (Windows 11) as well as Microsoft cloud services (Intune, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams)
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure services (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, NTP, Exchange)
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and the Microsoft environment (client, server, applications)
• Experience in scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
• Good networking basics
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
• Quick comprehension and pronounced analytical skills
• Openness to new technologies and high willingness to learn
• Willingness to occasionally travel to other locations (approx. 5%)
