Role:

You do not just want to manage properties, but actively take responsibility for the management and development of commercial properties. In this role, you take on the professional, personal and committed care of office, commercial and retail properties and understand real estate as a network of relationships between owners, tenants, users, service providers and location. You are responsible for direct, solution-oriented and high-quality property management, where efficiency and personal care are balanced. You rely on digital processes, lean structures and short decision-making paths to handle the concerns of all parties quickly and professionally. In doing so, you contribute significantly to sustainably securing and increasing the value and attractiveness of the entrusted commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• You independently manage a diverse portfolio of office, commercial and retail properties.
• In this role, you represent the interests of the owners and are the central contact person for owners, tenants and other partners.
• You create, review and process commercial lease agreements, amendments, terminations and other tenancy law documents.
• As a commercial property management specialist, you coordinate maintenance, repair and renovation measures and obtain quotes.
• You work closely with accounting, marketing, back office and management and contribute to budgets, costs and reporting.
• In this role, you actively participate in the optimisation of processes, templates, digital workflows as well as in leasing, space development and property strategy.

Qualifications:

• You have several years of experience in property management, ideally with commercial, office or retail properties.
• You hold a professional certificate in property management or have comparable, solid practical experience.
• You are familiar with tenancy law and management processes and understand both owner interests and tenant needs.
• You work in a structured, reliable and solution-oriented manner and like to take responsibility.
• You convince with negotiation skills, assertiveness, professional appearance and a service-oriented attitude.
• You are confident with common IT applications and open to digital tools and modern processes.
