• You advise and serve our customers in the shop, equip them for their next mountain adventure and ensure that their shopping experience is positive.
• You ensure order, presentation and management of goods.
• You learn to accept and process repair and service requests and to communicate in a customer-oriented manner in demanding situations.
• You work closely with other departments of the company and ensure that information flows smoothly across all channels.
• You keep informed about current products, services and trends in the sector and integrate your knowledge into your daily work.

• A love of working with people, a sense of contact and motivation.
• A sense of responsibility and autonomy are among your strengths. You also appreciate teamwork.
• An interest in mountain sports or experience in practising them.
• The required school level should correspond to a good school leaving certificate, good knowledge of French as well as good knowledge of another foreign language, preferably English or German.

• During your varied and exciting apprenticeship with us, you will acquire the technical knowledge necessary about our products in the shop and during our additional mountaineering training in the mountains.
