At the Erni Group, you take responsibility for marketing and communications. Together with management, you will further develop our strategic direction and ensure it is consistently implemented in everyday operations.

You can count on the following with us

• Responsibility with creative freedom: You independently lead the department and receive the necessary authority to make your own decisions within clear frameworks.
• Direct line to management: You report to the managing director and actively shape the direction. Thanks to short communication channels, your ideas are heard directly and implemented pragmatically.
• Support from an existing team: You won’t be starting from scratch. A motivated marketing team supports you in daily operations while you keep control.

Your job

You make our projects visible.

You lead our existing marketing team, set priorities, manage the marketing budget and ensure the quality of our presence. You work both strategically and operationally: you keep an overview, coordinate internal and external resources, and pitch in where it makes sense.

• Further develop and implement marketing strategy together with management
• Be responsible for marketing and communications planning for the Erni Group
• Manage the marketing budget and set priorities
• Lead the marketing team professionally and personally, and coordinate external partners
• Ensure quality of content, website, advertising and digital activities
• Target different audiences effectively
• Further develop employer branding together with HR
• Be a sparring partner for the managing director and management team

What YOU bring
You have advanced training in marketing or communications or convince us with several years of practical experience and corresponding responsibility in marketing.

You think strategically and act pragmatically. You are communicative, a team player and independent, able to set priorities and drive topics forward. At the same time, you pitch in where it makes sense.

Experience in construction, timber construction or real estate is an advantage but not a requirement.
