After your onboarding period, you will take charge of the administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process:
- You coordinate the opening of positions in collaboration with the request validation managers
- You organize meetings with managers to define the selection criteria together
- You write and publish recruitment ads
- You review, select, and preselect applications
- You support the definition of salaries
- You manage all administrative procedures until hiring
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- You have at least 3 years of experience in HR support, administration, or project management, ideally in recruitment
- You speak perfect French and German, and enjoy using these languages daily, as a large part of your vacancies are in French
- You are organized, reliable, and able to manage a large volume of tasks
- You demonstrate a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a good team spirit
- You master HR processes and have already evolved in an agile environment or wish to do so
