HR Specialist

The Resources Department (Personnel Service, Finance, IT and Central Services) of the General Church Services provides the personnel and business management foundation for the work of the regional church.
 

Your tasks

• Together with two colleagues, you are responsible for the complete personnel and payroll administration – from entry to exit – for the pastors in the Canton of Zurich. You act as a competent and reliable contact person for employees and parishes on all employment and insurance law matters.

Your profile

• You have appropriate training and several years of professional experience in HR and sound knowledge of public law personnel regulations, ideally in the Canton of Zurich; knowledge of ABACUS software is an advantage.
• A strong service orientation and confident use of modern IT solutions are natural for you.
• In contact with different people, you communicate empathetically, openly, kindly and professionally.
• You bring the willingness and motivation to quickly familiarise yourself with church personnel law and our specific processes.
