What tasks await you:
- Ensuring stable operation and monitoring of assigned applications
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing lifecycle and further developments
- Analyzing and resolving application-side disruptions in collaboration with suppliers and customers
- Interface function between users, IT departments, and external partners
- Taking on project management tasks for small and medium-sized projects
- Creating and maintaining operational and user manuals as well as technical documentation
- Evaluating and validating operational solutions in line with project specifications
- Preparing and implementing quality assurance measures
- Consulting and supporting the optimization and further development of IT solutions
What profile you should bring:
- Completed education in the IT field (HF/FH) with solid technical expertise
- Experience in application management as well as knowledge of relevant processes and requirements
- Confident handling of ITIL V4 and proven IT operational standards
- Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented, structured way of working
- Reliability, independence, and resilience even in demanding situations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a professional approach to conflicts
