The Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric competence centre with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our range extends from advisory services for older people and their relatives to general and specialised long-term care, as well as nursing and care at home. At the Regensdorf site, we offer 54 residents a family-like environment with professional nursing care.
- Ensuring high-quality, needs-oriented nursing and care as well as resident safety
- Leadership, promotion and evaluation of employees
- Responsibility for personnel, holiday and duty planning as well as the induction of new employees
- Review of nursing quality and work performance as well as implementation of operational requirements and agreed goals
- Ensuring appreciative collaboration with residents, relatives and internal as well as external stakeholders
- Deputising for the Regensdorf site management in professional, personnel and organisational matters
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF (Higher Professional Education)
- At least seven years of professional experience as a certified nursing specialist
- At least three years of leadership experience; management experience is an advantage
- Enjoyment in leading, promoting and developing employees
- High professional, social and methodological competence
- Networked thinking, organisational skills and assertiveness
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and shaping change processes
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good IT skills and confident handling of MS Office; knowledge of Polypoint PEP is an advantage
