Your tasks include:

• Leading the Technical Service
• SIBE, safety officer of the St. Jakob Foundation; main responsibility for building and occupational safety
• Building maintenance for the properties of the St. Jakob Foundation and all branches
• Ensuring and coordinating the cleaning of the property at Viaduktstrasse 20 in 8005 Zurich as well as rented objects
• Coordination and scheduling with external craftsmen and companies
• Purchasing and invoice verification in the area of accounts payable workflow
• Special tasks and projects related to the building on behalf of the management
• Energy officer in collaboration with management

You bring the following:

• Further training in the field of Facility Services and SIBE desired
• Training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in the field of Technical Service / Operational Maintenance
• Leadership qualities and assertiveness
• Experience as SIBE
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Very good PC user skills in Windows Office, Outlook, Teams
• Business-minded thinking and acting
• Flexible, eager to work, and resilient
• Team-oriented, helpful, and communicative
• High social competence
• Trustworthy and loyal
• Driver's license
