Economic Tasks
- Ensuring financial success
- Strategic planning and management of the company
- Development of annual goals and master plans
- Planning/budgeting of investments and personnel according to budget
- Expansion of the customer portfolio in the food industry and gastronomy
Organizational and Personnel Tasks
- Organization and leadership of the company (65 employees)
- Responsibility for achieving marketing, sales, profit, quality goals as well as compliance with the compliance requirements towards the Board of Directors
- Information and communication: active representative of the company for customers, suppliers, employees, and stakeholders in fenaco
Your Profile
- Several years of management experience in the management of the food industry
- Business and technical training, preferably in the food sector (HF, FH, university or ETH)
- Experience in strategic key accounting/sales
- Communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Well connected in the food industry
- Very good German and French language skills (negotiation level)
