Workplace: Canton of Fribourg

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a versatile, autonomous and conscientious Maintenance Agent wishing to commit long-term within a human-scale property management company.

Your tasks

Technical management and maintenance

• Ensure the routine maintenance of buildings and their surroundings.
• Carry out minor maintenance and repair work.
• Organise and manage access to buildings during interventions by companies and craftsmen.
• Check the proper functioning of technical installations.
• Report anomalies and ensure follow-up of interventions.

Support for rental management

• Clean dwellings following inspections or in preparation for re-letting.
• Perform necessary restorations to ensure the good presentation of properties.
• Ensure cleaning and preparation of apartments before new tenants move in.
• Report any defects or work to be planned to the management.
• Collaborate with contracted companies when additional interventions are necessary.

Your profile

• Experience in property management, professional concierge services or a technical building field.
• Ease in human contact and a service-oriented attitude.
• Organised, autonomous, versatile person with a good sense of initiative.
• Good knowledge of common IT tools.
• Category B driving licence essential.
• Knowledge of the Fribourg economic fabric is an asset.
