Gastronomy in the Parliament Building
The gastronomy in the Parliament Building consists of the restaurant "Galerie des Alpes," which has 90 to 150 seats, and a cafeteria with 40 seats during sessions. The "Galerie des Alpes" with the associated lounge is accessible to council members, parliamentary service employees, and visitor groups. Additionally, the meeting rooms are managed, large events such as state receptions, election celebrations, or open house days are organized. True to the ZFV philosophy, fresh food is cooked on-site with regional as well as ecologically sensible and fairly traded products.
