About the job
The Fribourg School of Management (HEG-FR) is a member of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland (HES-SO) and offers bilingual and trilingual programmes at bachelor and master levels. It is advertising the position of:
Mission and area of activity
Ensure the maintenance and development of the HEG-FR's international AACSB accreditation by managing continuous improvement processes, compliance with standards, and institutional coordination.
Manage and monitor the AACSB accreditation and reaccreditation process
Coordinate the preparation of reports, indicators, and documents required for AACSB evaluations
Supervise compliance with faculty qualification and faculty sufficiency requirements
Manage the Assurance of Learning (AoL) system and ensure the implementation of continuous improvement measures
Lead and coordinate contributions from various internal stakeholders involved in the accreditation
Monitor AACSB standards, make recommendations to the Management, and lead necessary improvement actions
Represent HEG-FR to AACSB International and develop relationships with professional networks related to international accreditations
Your profile
Master’s degree in management, quality, administration, or equivalent training
Proven experience in independently managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
Experience with AACSB and/or Business School accreditation is a major asset
High degree of autonomy and ability to independently lead a strategic project
Natural leadership, ability to unite teams and gain the support of various institutional actors
Strong organisational skills, planning ability, and respect for deadlines
Analytical mindset and ability to identify risks, priorities, and improvement opportunities
Excellent knowledge of MS Office programmes, ideally Academ, and willingness to train on new IT systems
- Fluency in French and English with good knowledge of German
Additional information
Fixed-term contract of 18 months, renewable
Work rate: 40 – 50 %
