Your tasks
- Support the Head of Sales & Marketing as well as the Head of Partnerships with strategic, commercial, and operational issues.
- Co-design and further develop a scalable sales organisation including processes, tools, and governance structures.
- Conceptualise and prepare pitches, customer presentations, offer documents, and management-ready storylines.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective commercial strategies.
- Support corporate development topics, especially in the areas of growth initiatives, partnerships, and market development.
- Prepare, accompany content-wise, and support contract negotiations with customers and partners.
- Actively shape and further develop go-to-market approaches and commercial initiatives.
Your profile
- Experience in business development, sales, or strategic management.
- Industry experience in e-health or software sector.
- Completed studies in business administration, natural sciences, marketing, or a comparable field.
- Sound knowledge in market analysis, competitive monitoring, and business model development.
- Ability to identify market opportunities and develop growth strategies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High initiative and result orientation.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; ideally additional French or English skills.
