Tasks

Support, further development and optimisation of the onsite search in the online shop (Algolia)
Optimisation and maintenance of product recommendations in the online shop (GK AIR)
Responsibility for the structure and further development of the shop navigation
Participation in testing and acceptance of tickets for continuous optimisation of the online shop
Carrying out operational back-office tasks in the e-commerce area
Close cooperation with internal stakeholders to improve the shopping experience

At least 2 years of professional experience in supporting or optimising an online shop search, ideally with Algolia
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent education or training is an advantage
High online affinity as well as a good sense of customer needs and user-friendliness
German (Swiss German) as mother tongue as well as very good English skills; knowledge of French and Italian is a plus
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with a pronounced hands-on mentality
