Property Manager with Federal Diploma (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you will manage a mixed portfolio of mandates consisting of rental and condominium properties. With the support of the property accounting department, you will manage your portfolio from A to Z and can rely on an administrator who handles the administrative tasks for you. You bring experience in property management and enjoy contact with owners, tenants, and tradespeople. You approach hectic moments with composure and humour, ensuring a smooth process in daily property management. In this varied role, you apply your expertise with great dedication to provide professional and sustainable care of the properties.
Responsibilities:
- You manage a mixed mandate portfolio with rental and condominium properties
- In this role, you look after your own property portfolio from A to Z
