YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Design, implementation, and operation of Exchange Online environments, including hybrid configurations with on-premises Exchange
- Leading cloud migrations, ensuring minimal disruptions and data integrity
- Developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts to automate and increase efficiency
- Implementing and maintaining security and governance policies using Microsoft Purview, EOP, and Defender
- Monitoring service health, performance, and usage metrics; proactive problem solving and optimization
- Collaborating with teams for security, compliance, and identity management
- Creating and maintaining documentation on architecture, configurations, and operational processes
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed IT training or equivalent practical experience
- At least 3 years of practical experience with Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 administration
- Solid knowledge of PowerShell scripting to automate Exchange and M365 processes
- Experience with hybrid Exchange deployments, mail flow, transport rules, and email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Familiar with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender for Office 365
- Good knowledge in cloud security, identity management, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience providing 3rd-level support for complex Exchange issues
- Up-to-date knowledge of the Microsoft 365 roadmap and its impact on the company
