Activity:
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Administration Sales Support & Export team with seven employees
- Planning, coordination and optimization of all export processes from order receipt to delivery and invoicing (order to invoice)
- Ensuring timely order processing, documentation and customs processes
- Contact person for internal departments (sales, logistics, production, product management, distribution) as well as external partners (freight forwarders, customs service providers, authorities)
- Development and implementation of standard processes, workflows and key figures (KPIs)
- Continuous improvement of service performance, reduction of errors, increase in efficiency
- Training and further development of team members (product schemes, customs regulations, IT systems)
- Budget responsibility for the internal export department (cost control, tools, training)
- Planning,

Monitoring import/export regulations, customs tariffs, preference certificates, certificates of origin and other compliance topics

Support for international projects, new product introductions, peripheral and special processes (e.g. SUPPLY-Chain-Readiness)
- Budget responsibility for the internal export department (cost control, tools, training)
- Planning, coordination and optimization of all export processes from order receipt to delivery and invoicing (order to invoice)
Profile:
- Completed studies in business administration, logistics, export management or comparable qualification; alternatively commercial training with corresponding professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in export/internal sales, ideally first leadership experience
- Sound knowledge of customs and trade regulations (EU, possibly NAFTA/USMCA, Incoterms), preference agreements, certificates of origin
- Very good knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, ideally SAP ERP/SD or comparable tools
- Analytical skills, process understanding, hands-on mentality
- Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
