Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an analytically strong and professionally skilled individual as a Financial Controller for an established institution in healthcare.
Our client is a modern healthcare organisation with complex financial structures, professional reporting processes, and high demands for transparency and cost-effectiveness. To strengthen the finance team, we are seeking a specialist who supports financial management and provides meaningful decision-making bases for management and departments.
Responsibilities:
Preparation and further development of monthly financial reporting
Execution of budget, forecast, and medium-term planning processes
Analysis of costs, revenues, services, and profitability indicators
Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Participation in the further development of controlling instruments and reporting processes
Support in the implementation and further development of REKOLE as well as in cross-departmental finance projects
Qualifications:
Degree in business administration, finance, or controlling, or further training as a financial and accounting specialist with a federal diploma
Several years of professional experience in financial controlling, ideally in the Swiss healthcare sector
Good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards as well as understanding of cost accounting and performance controlling
Knowledge of REKOLE® and the specific requirements of the healthcare sector
Very good German language skills
