Plant Project Manager 80-100%
What you will do:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, interdisciplinary teams, as well as external planning and construction teams.
- Ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality planning.
- Coordinate and implement infrastructure projects, as well as installation of facilities (construction, conversion, renovation, relocations) with a focus on the production environment.
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements in infrastructure/facility management with a focus on operational safety, sustainability, and risk management.
- Create and manage budgets, schedules, and quality controls.
What you bring:
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or a comparable field.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing medium to large projects, ideally in a production environment.
- Confident use of common project management tools and ERP systems as well as experience with waterfall and hybrid project management methods; a PMP certification is an advantage.
- Very good German and English skills as well as a careful, solution-oriented, and structured working style with high attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience in operational team leadership is an advantage.
