Commercial Apprentice EFZ

For the apprenticeship starting in August 2027, we are looking for an interested female or male student for basic commercial training in the machinery, electrical and metal industry MEM.

Our field of activity

Three-Tec is a mechanical engineering company that develops and produces dosing systems, extruders and process equipment for process engineering. You might not imagine much from that? Don’t worry, many people feel the same at first. We operate in a niche market and are successful because we can manufacture very specialised and complex devices.

The team, the company

We are a young motivated team with 55 employees, including 11 apprentices. As a family business run in the second generation, we care about our employees and their development opportunities. In recent years, we have grown continuously and have recently moved into our new building right next to the existing one, which has allowed us to more than triple our operational space.

Apprenticeship description

You will be trained in various departments such as purchasing, shipping, administration, sales and accounting. Throughout the entire training period, cross-professional skills such as methodological, social and personal competence are promoted and further developed.

We are looking for a committed individual who brings the following:

• A successfully completed secondary or district school
• Knowledge of touch typing and common PC programmes (Microsoft)
• Enjoyment of the English language
• Enjoyment of working on the computer
• Technical interest
• Precise working method
• Commitment and enthusiasm for the profession
• Enjoyment of working in a team

Our apprentices are fully integrated into everyday work early on, take on responsibility early and work independently. Of course, we also support attending the vocational baccalaureate.
