System Operator GSA 80 - 100 %

As a system operator of the baggage sorting system, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the central infrastructure as well as the baggage flow. You must react quickly to problems and promptly resolve system malfunctions, as well as systematically reprocess baggage items that are not or poorly machine-readable.

Your job destination

• Immediate troubleshooting (First Level Support) on site in the system
• You identify and report all system-related and process-impeding incidents in the baggage system
• Reprocessing of poorly or non-readable baggage within the baggage system is also part of your duties

Your skills in your baggage

• You have completed vocational training or have many years of professional experience (preferably in an aviation and/or logistical/technical role)
• You are proficient in handling IT products (mobile devices)
• You have good spatial awareness and bring strong analytical skills and a quick grasp
• You have an above-average independent working style and are also a team player
• You are mobile and flexible in deployment (shift work from 04:00 to 24:00)
