Maison Cailler Tourist Reception Staff (m/f/x) in Broc

To strengthen the team at the Maison Cailler attraction, Switzerland's favourite chocolate experience, we are looking for several people for our client, Nestlé Suisse SA:

Tourist Reception Staff (m/f) - Permanent student contract 20% from 1st September

Your Role:

• Sell tickets and explain the visit procedure

• Welcome and advise visitors during the different stages of the visit

• Manage entries to the multimedia animation: Ticket control and distribution of audio guides - Provide safety instructions

• Inform about the Cailler chocolate manufacturing process during the tasting and manage the tasting preparation area (tray preparation and cleaning)

• Inform customers and ensure the sale of Cailler products

• Manage a cash register and ensure restocking of shelves

• Prepare and sell Café Cailler orders. Ensure setup and cleaning.

• Participate in various handling tasks (setup, tidying, packaging)

Required Skills

• Languages: French, English B2 and German B1 (Mandatory), another language is an asset

• Experience in tourism, hospitality or catering preferred

• Comfortable with IT tools
